Custom Dashboard for Nexus 7 installed in Volvo XC60

I did not like stock Android screen, so I google a little bit and came across this post

I use https://www.dropbox.com/s/1ts1gv7uqgr9gp1/BMW.psd as template, replace BMW logo with Volvo logo using GIMP2, then added my own text and Metrostation icons, I use Zooper Widget app (UCCW would do the job as well) to launch other apps via empty widgets and below is the result how my dashboard looks now
